I booked the hotel, I called the hotel to confirm an early checking. The hotel confirmed the booking and said no problem we can check you in early. When I arrived early morning I was barked at by a very rude receptionist who had tattoos on her arm, not even looked at me. I never met anyone like her I ended up just leaving and booking travel lodge which meant I paid for a room that I didn’t use. The hotel is not bad but the reception staff have no understanding of customer care.

Hotel lovely , room was ok twin quiet small but adequate, nice walk in shower , breakfast was nice and hot good selection, really nice golf course which i Played photos attached

Management appears to be very poor, No one answering phone calls in reception for most of Friday morning Jan 30th,and long wait on Saturday 31st. Arrived on Saturday 31st at 10-30 pm. Bedroom was freezing, no heating on and windows wide open!! Had to get the night portef tofind us another room. The booking for this had been made some weeks beforehand.
